Main Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Desktop Hardware Support
  • Application deployment and troubleshooting
  • Windows 7 platform & Windows 10 administrative support and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory User and Computer Management
  • Basic TCP/IP networking support
  • Basic telephony support
  • File and Print troubleshooting
  • Transporting of Office and IT equipment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Matric/ Equivalent Qualification
  • A+ certification/ Equivalent IT Engineer Diploma
  • N+ Certification (Desirable)
  • Previous IT Support Experience
  • Previous Information Management Experience
  • Active Directory
  • Application deployment and troubleshooting
  • Experience working with Windows/MS software
